Q: How much does a new roof cost?

A: At Andy’s Roofing, we understand that the cost of a new roof can be a daunting figure to most building owners.  Fortunately, we are certified applicators of many different types and brands of roofing materials.  This allows us to offer many different roofing solutions to fit your situation and budget.

Q: Does my roof just need a repair, or is a complete re-roofing required?

A: This is a question that must be addressed on a case by case basis.  While repairs are a more budget conscious alternative to a complete re-roofing, certain factors such as dry rot and ponding water may lead us to recommend a complete re-roof.  So call us out to give you a free estimate and we will explain to you what your roof needs as well as the options and alternatives you may have in order to keep the overall cost as minimal as possible.

Q: Do you provide any sort of workmanship guarantee?

A: Andy’s Roofing offers a standard three year workmanship guarantee on all re-roofing.  Depending on the quality and integrity of the structure, some roofs may be eligible for a five year workmanship guarantee.  In addition, Andy’s Roofing is a certified applicator of many different types of roofing and can offer material guarantees of up to 50 years.  These full system warranties provide coverage against material defects and water protection failures.  In any case, we will work with you to make sure your roof lasts as long as it possibly can.
