All ARC employees are highly skilled and trained professionals who take pride in their work. Every roof mechanic goes through a
3-year classroom training program concurrent with their on-the-job training.

Our staff has extensive experience in all types of commercial, industrial, and public works roofing projects.

All of our truck drivers are appropriately licensed while our heavy equipment operators hold forklift and Gradall certifications.

ARC has an impressive safety record. We have achieved this record by carefully following all OSHA safety requirements, and having all ARC equipment inspected and serviced on a regular basis.

We also take pride in staying informed of new safety regulations that may affect our industry. Weekly staff meetings are held on-site to address job- specific safety issues and any other special concerns.

Andy’s Roofing Co., Inc. provides training throughout the year to ensure that our foremen and truck drivers have current First Aid/CPR and forklift certifications.
