Andy’s Roofing is able to provide 15-30 year manufacturer warranties standard on all new low-slope roof installations, and up to lifetime manufacturer warranties on our new steep-slope applications.

Our Maintenance Service Program is also a great way to extend the service life of your roof. Some of the manufacturers we work with will even extend the coverage period of their warranty by up to 10 years when you agree to a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.

We can offer these warranties because our employees are trained and certified applicators of the roofing systems and manufacturers that we install.

In addition to our manufacturer warranties, Andy’s Roofing personally offers 5-year installer guarantee. That means that if we make a mistake, you can be sure that we’ll take responsibility and give you the watertight system you paid for.
